The staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected and providing helpful directions to the nearby attractions. the Back St Hilda's car park was conveniently located and reasonably priced, making it easy for us to navigate the area with our vehicle. We appreciated the guides available to us, which helped us make the most of our time in the charming town of Whitby. Overall, the blend of traditional and modern elements in the surroundings enhanced our experience and made for a pleasant stay.
